Who I am

My name is Andrea Rossi, I carry out the profession of lawyer, having passed the qualifying examination in the Court of Appeal of Venice. I, also, awarded the academic title of Expert in Private Law at the University of Ferrara.

I graduated in law from the ‘University of Ferrara with a thesis in Civil Law entitled “Recent guidelines on the subject of death from non-pecuniary damage iure just in case of death of relatives.”

412_smallSono writing to ‘Bar Association of Rovigo and I carry out the profession of lawyer with offices in Rovigo, providing my experience in’ scope of legal advice and assistance mainly in the field of private law, civil and commercial in favor of individual companies, companies, companies in general as well as to individuals and consumers.

I’ve worked as an assistant to the Chair and Academic Tutor, with the Chair of Private Law at the University of Ferrara – home to Rovigo and currently with that of Civil Law II.

Author of several publications on the magazine for training in legal professions Studium Juris, published by the publishing house Cedam.

It, also, is qualified to act as a mediator and conciliator forward the mediation bodies in civil and commercial disputes.
